Often times the defendant fails to stop by the office or fax paperwork to the bond company once he or she is released on bond. For these scenarios, Recovery Services Group can send a recovery agent to make contact with the defendant and obtain or verify the required information.
We're also available to maintain regular contact with the defendant as needed throughout the duration of bail to ensure compliance with the conditions of such bail. |
